Designed for incinerators with a daily capacity of 100 to 1,000 tons, the hydraulic system provides comprehensive products and services for hydraulic piping system equipment, including design, manufacturing, supply, installation, commissioning, cleaning, circulation, acceptance inspection, and warranty.

The system ensures stable and continuous operation, features a compact and attractive appearance, is free from leakage, dripping, or seepage, and is easy to maintain. It guarantees an annual operating time of over 8,000 hours.

The pump units are mostly configured redundantly, allowing immediate switchover to a standby pump set in the event of a fault. The hydraulic power unit is equipped with online‑switchable high‑pressure filters, eliminating the need for shutdown maintenance. The valve groups are controlled by proportional valves to meet the synchronous operation requirements of feeding and grate movement. In addition, 24° cone seal fittings and stainless steel anti‑corrosion piping are adopted to reduce the risk of pipeline leakage.
