This hydraulic system is specially developed for the TLJ series bridge erecting machines (girder launchers), capable of performing all essential operations including leg lifting, hole‑crossing longitudinal movement, beam lifting, wheel set steering balancing, and fine traversing adjustment. It is well‑suited for complex working conditions such as thousand‑ton heavy loads, small‑radius curves, and zero‑distance launching at tunnel portals.

The system adopts a partitioned modular design with multiple independent power units supplying oil separately. Each circuit is fed by its own independent variable‑displacement piston pump, ensuring no mutual interference; a fault in a single circuit does not cause a whole‑machine shutdown.

All lifting, traversing, and hoisting circuits are equipped as standard with bidirectional hydraulic locks and counterbalance valves, which instantly lock the load in the event of power failure or hose burst, effectively preventing box girder drop, leg settlement, or creeping. The system also features automatic overflow relief in case of overpressure.

The main pumps are high‑pressure variable‑displacement piston pumps, with a rated working pressure of 20–31.5 MPa (up to 31.5 MPa for thousand‑ton models).

A large‑capacity oil tank with an air‑cooled cooler and automatic high‑/low‑temperature control ensures reliable operation in high‑temperature field construction environments. The hydraulic power unit is enclosed with a protective cover and a door‑opening design, making it suitable for harsh working conditions.
